Compensation Benchmarking: This phase focuses on thoroughly analysing your contingent workforce spending. A comparison of current spending against current market rates determines a pricing model for your company. Ongoing Web-based rate analysis is provided as part of our managed services program.
Workforce Planning: During this integral phase, we help you define the workforce resources you will need in the future to meet your business goals. An exercise in planning helps to minimise last-minute hiring, which tends to be more costly.
Reporting/Tracking: GMS provides state-of-the-art reporting and tracking metrics. We provide you with a comprehensive Web-enabled tracking system. Our system is designed to capture customised reports relative to your unique business needs.
